In a quiet and central area of the city of Irún we find the Real Unión by Basquelidays apartment. Located just 1.3 km from the FICOBA fairgrounds, a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the urban center where you can find all kinds of shops, supermarkets and a perfect combination of buses with a connection every 15 minutes with destination to the neighboring town of Hondarribia, makes Real Unión an ideal accommodation for stays for work or for traveling with your partner or family.
Located on the second floor of the building, the accommodation also has access through the parallel street where it is only necessary to take one step to be inside the accommodation.
With capacity for 4 people, it is a one-bedroom apartment equipped with two single beds and a living-dining room with a sofa bed for two. Next to the day area is the kitchen with an American bar. The accommodation is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub.
Real Unión also offers a parking space for one car 150 meters from the accommodation, Wi-Fi connection, centralized music system in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and the possibility of requesting a cot and high chair.
Parties or events are not allowed and silence is requested between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next day.
The Plaiaundi Ecological Park is located 400 meters from the apartment, in an environment overlooking the Bay of Txingudi, in full contact with the urban center of Irún. This exceptional enclave serves as a refuge for migratory birds and, currently, constitutes an area of internationally recognized natural value.
